Customize Guest Review Email

It would be awesome if we could customize, or even just change, the Display name on the guest reviewer email to be something different than "Your Wrike".

When someone who has no frame of reference for what Wrike is get an email from "Your Wrike" it just looks like spam.

It would be great for that display name to be customizable or even just the name of the organization.

I totally agree with Jordan. Many of our clients just ignore our request to review the files because they think it's spam. We have to write a separate email, text or call to let them know. But this defies the whole automation!

Just wanted to pass along some suggestions for Wrike guest review emails. We use this often for approval by clients, but the email that alerts them to review a proof is comes through as “Your Wrike,” which is unfamiliar with the client. Is there any way to make this message from the actual sender instead? Also, this email often goes into a spam folder. I’m not sure of the best way to address that. Our workaround so far has been to send a heads-up email that they should look out for the “Your Wrike” review email, which has helped a bit, but we would love to eliminate that extra work.

One more suggestion: When the guest reviewer notes their changes, then hits "Approve" or “Changes Required,” there should be some kind of pop-up that assures the guest reviewer that their info has been submitted. Currently they hit the button, but then the screen stays static and they can then close their browser window. 50% of the time, the guest reviewer will email me to ask if I saw the changes because they weren’t sure they did it correctly. A quick pop-up that reads “Thank you for Your Approval/Submitting your changes! Your feedback has been submitted.” would let the reviewer know they did it correctly!

I completely agree with these comments. We run into the same thing. We send out client proofs via the guest review process to hundreds of clients per week and some are new clients and some are repeat clients. It is very annoying that the email name is Your Wrike and the email domain is @wrike.com. Our customers don't know about wrike and it is to hard to tell every customer to look in their spam folder for wrike emails. A lot of ours goes to spam. This needs to be fixed. It should appear that it is coming from the person that is sending it and it should be their email. We have already spent many years building our brand and reputation and it should reflect that in our proofing process as well.

I'm sure more than 14 people (current # of upvotes) have this same request. At the very least, the invitation to review needs to come from the name of the sender instead of "Your Wrike". This, as well as the ability to resend invitations to review (as a reminder), are both vital to our workflow.

Agree with this 1000%.  I would like to know how to escalate this system enhancement request?  Commenting here in hopes that will allow me to follow any progress with this. We paid for this add on solely to be able to send electronic proofs to our customers and the "from wrike" email and subject line does not align with our business, nor does it align with any form of communication best practices.  It is confusing for customers, and the best solution of pre-sending a "be on the look out for an email from a company you're unfamiliar with" is simply not doable.

Are there more formal channels for requesting a system enhancement?
