Examples of Request Forms for Marketing teams
Hey Wrike enthusiasts!
If you'd like to improve upon your processes and minimize unnecessary onboarding and admin time spent on your projects, you should be utilizing request forms.
I swear by request forms and as their capabilities improve so do our internal functions.
For those of us interested in how simple or complex these can be, I've provided two samples that we use (that loops so you can't submit anything).
Hopefully the below examples help you and your teams in creating your ideal request forms:
Marketing Project Request Form Sample - Simple
Email Campaign Request Form Sample - Complex
This is so cool Cameron, thank you for sharing!🙌
I assume you have some dynamic aspects to the Complex form. What kind of things have you done there in terms of redirects, templates etc.?
It would also be great to hear how your team handles new requests when they come in too, the Workflow you use for requests and how they are assigned and any other best practices you use for the intake of these requests 👍
Great examples there @Cameron, I see you're using the advanced branches for different pages set up according to the dropdown options.
I'm doing the same on my company with Paid Advertising campaign requests where according to the channel (dropdown selection) I direct the requester to different pages for providing further information.
I will work soon on examples such as yours to provide and contribute with the community!

I'd love to see a dropdown option have the ability to assign a blueprint vs. the entire form being tied to one. That way depending on what option is selected, I can associate the request with a prebuilt set of Tasks appropriate to their selection.
Another option would be allowing dropdowns and checkboxes to add Blueprints to the project being created. This would give "choose your own adventure" where the user's inputs are building out custom sets of Tasks within a project. ex: If a user is using a form to "Request a Marketing Project" and they select the checkbox for "need email campaign", it would grab the Email Campaign blueprint and add it as a sub-project/task list to the main request project.
Hi Lee, thanks for sharing your thoughts here, these might be interesting suggestions for our Product Feedback section 👍

Cameron, very cool to see these. You've given ideas for how I can set this up for our team.
That's fantastic Anfernee. Don't forget to come back here and let us know how you get on building your Request forms 🙌
We are just days away from launching our new "get started" intranet page where OSF Mission Partners (employees) can request work from our marketing & communications division. Each of the Common Requests and Tap the Team links have an independent (yet dynamic) Wrike form. These all route through our operations/triage process and are either routed directly to the appropriate owner (e.g. web & social support goes to our Dir of Digital Marketing) or to our general operations liaison (aka me 😎)
Hi Andrea,
We've been using Wrike for a few months now and I am very impressed with the screen shot shown above - this looks amazing! Have you managed this through SharePoint? I would love some tips and insights. You've achieved a "MarCom" Team/Dept. page that I honestly aspire to!!! ;)
I'm still struggling through managing the variety of requests on one form vs specific forms/type of request - clearly you are way ahead.
Congratulations - this must have been a tremendous amount of work. The kind of work I'm passionate about if it strengthens our Team and my knowledge base. I have the screen shot pinned to my "concept board"... now my "Accomplish" board.
Thank you for sharing Andrea!
Andi Bonk this is phenomenal!!! I'm working on new marketing hub for my organization's intranet site and modelling it after yours. Thank you so much for sharing.
