Advanced filter for Inbox: Select users, projects, dates, mentions

You have been there, and you know… Wrike Inbox is supposed to keep up with your work, but only messes it up.

When you are a project manager, you might receive 50+ notifications per day: Tagged on comments from stakeholders including your direct reports, colleagues and clients; Sent by Wrike bot due to an automation; Tagged after an automation was triggered; Tagged after a colleague added "Followers" on a thread you gave a note a year ago...  Your inbox is every single day plenty of notifications and many of them are just... unuseful.

You can just filter out your Wrike Inbox by Read/Unread, but you cannot select which users are priority, or when you receive a notification "Just FYI"...  The Wrike Inbox filter should allow you to select among users, projects, dates and even if you were tagged directly (@username) or indirectly (@followers or @GROUP)

I had been using Wrike for almost 4 years now and this is one of the most annoying missing features not developed...  And it would be a game changer!!!!

So, Wrike Dev Team...  We all will love you if you can take some development hours for an advanced filter!!!

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback in detail. There's a slightly different yet similar thread about customizing inbox notifications, which I thought to share since it might interest you.

I have passed on the details you shared as feedback to our product team. Thank you again! 😊
