Ability to send website snapshots for feedback w/o Chrome attachment.
I work in a communications office and we make website updates for external clients. I want to be able to share a proof of the website with them and collect their feedback. I know there is an option to send a website link for guest review, but it requires the user on the other end to install a Wrike attachment to open it. We work with a lot of one-time clients and it wouldn't make sense to add them as an external collaborator. In fact, one of the reasons our office bought a Wrike subscription was for the ability to send proofs to external clients. It works perfectly when we are sending creative proofs via PDF, but I really need a solution for sending web links for feedback. I don't even need live website proofing—even sending the snapshot view without having to install the extension would be amazing.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
Caitlyn Schock I would like this as well, since we work with clients that have their computers locked down by their IT dept, and are not allowed to install anything, but from what I understand it is the Chrome plugin that allows for the proofing interactions with a website. It would be great if there was an alternate way to have a Website proof session.
Thanks for posting, Caitlyn Schock And Russell Sprague thank you for supporting this suggestion with a detailed explanation. As you might know, we have Snapshot feature available for reports. I understand this might not be the ideal solution you're looking for. If there are any updates regarding website snapshots, I’ll be sure to keep you both informed.
