Adding a folder from another space to a blueprint

Hi, attempting to add a folder to a subtask blueprint using the:

Create items to:
Add to project, folder, or space

option in blueprints. The folders I'm looking for are not coming up in search. These are folders created in another space. I have admin access to this other space. What's more is that these folders are searchable when creating automations, just not coming up for some reason under blueprints. Any advice?

Hi JC, welcome to the forums 👋

The reason may be that the blueprint only exists in this one place. I'd recommend re-creating the blueprint in the second space if that would work for you. It's not currently possible to move blueprints between spaces, however, there is a workaround you can use. You need to launch an item from the blueprint in the original space, move that item to the target space, and save the item as a space blueprint there. Could this work for you?

I'm having the same problem. Unfortunately, recreating the Blueprint in the other Space didn't fix the issue for me.

Hi Alfred Rivero, I can see that you have already reached out to our support team regarding this. As suggested, using the account-blueprints would allow adding more spaces to the subitem. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks! 😊
