📊Wrike Next-Gen Analytics

Say hello to our new Chart view and New Dashboards! Now, you may be wondering why we’re talking about Dashboards when the Wrike platform provided this functionality for many years. Wonder no more! We’re introducing a new version of this tool that is even easier to use, configure, and pull all data together. New Dashboards come with self-service analytics, filtering, breakdowns, grouping, modern UI, and much more.

How It Works 📌

Together, New Dashboards and the new Chart view provide you with real-time intelligence with easy-to-build, customizable reporting that helps shape your strategy. They offer all new intuitive and customizable dashboards and charts that significantly improve time to insights and enable quick discovery of bottlenecks and inefficiencies, without the need for technical analyst skills. New Dashboards provide a bird's eye look across teams and projects, and charts allow both leadership and knowledge workers to slice and dice data for an at-a-glance snapshot of core activities. Once they are set up, the data flows in real time, allowing teams to make intelligent decisions based on live data and insights that span a portfolio of projects and workflows.

Many of you have to keep data related to your workflows in external systems, databases, and spreadsheets. This can cause inefficiencies because even attached to your items in Wrike, data can’t be used in workflows, fields, search, reporting, automation, etc. 

How It Works 📌

No more juggling between different data sources! Wrike Datahub brings all your data directly into Wrike, allowing faster and more contextual decision-making. It functions like a data repository and streamlines access to critical information like inventory lists, digital files, physical assets, budgets, or other pertinent data streams, all in one place without disturbing the flow and execution of work.

With the release of Wrike Datahub, we bring another type of data to our portfolio. Previously, Wrike supported different types of work as well as people resources. Now, we’re adding your data to the mix! 

🕵️User Attributes

Know your team like never before! This feature allows leaders to track detailed information about team members, helping inform planning and resourcing decisions. It gives teams a more efficient way to plan and manage resources. 

How It Works 📌

With User Attributes, managers can set up and track detailed information about any Wrike user - professional skills, languages spoken, location, availability, organizational relationships and hierarchies, and more - and leverage this data to make better planning, hiring, and resourcing decisions. 

With one of the primary use cases for User Attributes - skills management - leaders can identify skill gaps and pinpoint training and development opportunities for professional growth. With Wrike Resource Management, they can also allocate team resources more efficiently, enabling smart capacity and hiring planning.

Imagine having an AI-powered assistant that understands all your work-related data and workflows, and offers insights and recommendations to supercharge your team's productivity. That's exactly what our new copilot does!

Additionally, the Automation Templates library is already available for space-level automation. When creating a new space-level automation rule, be sure to examine the "Recommended for you" section or other premade rules and pick one!
