It would be great if it were possible to customize the "Account name" by space instead of account wide for notifications. When we started with Wrike, it was just one group utilizing the tool, so the Account name was just that group's name. As we expanded the account to include other groups with their own space, having one group name as the Account name no longer made sense. So, we changed it to our company name so users would be aware of where the email notification were coming from.
We recently learned from our Security team that there's a massive phishing campaign going on that is using <Company Name> as the display to their emails to make users think the email is legitimate. As a result, our well-intended notifications are being flagged as potential phishing emails and not always making it through. Being able to have an individual, customizable "account name" for each space, instead of one overall account name, would allow for creating notifications specific to that group (without using the company name) so that the end user understands where the message is coming from and not get caught up in the phishing alert software.
Is it possible to utilize the space name as the "Account name" for notifications going out from that particular space? For example, a notification going out from the HR space would display as "<FirstName> <Last Name> at HR <email@example.com>" and a notification going out from the Applications space would display as "<FirstName> <Last Name> at Applications <firstname.lastname@example.org>", instead of all messages going out as "<FirstName> <Last Name> at <Account name> <email@example.com>".
