Request Form Functionality Logic and Account Forms that go across spaces

I would love to see the ability to have questions populate if something is checked in a single-select or multi-select question type instead of having to create a new page for it. For instance, if a creative team had a question that was "Is this a digital or print project," you currently have to build an entirely separate page for each of those answers if they require a different set of questions. It would be great if you could select that and then it could populate below without having to build additional pages. 

Additionally, I am trying to build one master form for my entire division that would work across multiple spaces. Our requesters often need to request multiple items at once that go across our team, which has multiple spaces. We've been working on a loop form where we have a master page we create a question that links to multiple pages and then at the end of each page it asks if they have another request and it takes them back to the Single Select drop-down, but they have to know which ones they've filled out, and creating tasks across spaces using blueprints has proven challenging. Would love if we could have the functionality above to help us with this issue, and be able to have the options create tasks and or projects that can go across spaces on the account.
