Reports: "And" & "Or" filters
While making a report there should be a function of "And" , "Or". I should be able to select e.g any status OR custom field while making report. Right now it is AND only.

I agree with SV -, it is very limiting to only have the AND function , ability to use OR function would open up a whole lot of possibilities .
