Automate folder tags based on rules
It would be great if there was a way to automatically add folder tags to tasks, based on rules. For example, I'd like to have all tasks assigned to me, also go into a folder called 'My shared schedule'. This would give me one clear view of all my tasks in a Kanban board, something that is lacking in the 'My Work' or 'Dashboard' sections.
We have a similar request when we duplicate template. it would be great to add some tags automatically regarding the answer from the form.

I would like to have this feature also!
Having the ability to set rules for a folder or workflow status would be extremely useful to reduce manual work. For example, we have a Completed Folder and a Completed Status. However, people can forget about the status change and place project into the Completed folder. Or Complete the status and not move to the correct folder. I can create a plethora of reports for QC to find these issues.
Problem: I need to create & review said report(s) YUCK, Someone needs to redo work YUCKYUCK, and my poor External users are confused by status on reports that they can't manage and then bother the team for an update...YIKES

Solution...(suggested?): Allow rules or "warnings" in the Workflow Status (image1) or Folder Navigation (image2). Thank you! ~T
