Reply all button is a great idea! Definitely needed.
YES! We need this!
Great Idea!
Love this! This would save us so much time! I was actually going to add this request as well. Glad it is in here. If we could have a REPLY and REPLY all option when responding to a comment that would be very helpful.
Agreed! I was just going to post this as well.
Agreed! We absolutely need this. Thanks
Any update on whether this may happen or not? This in something in high demand with about 100 people on our side. :)
We need this badly- our infrequent users won't use groups because they don't remember or find it intuitive, and people are missing important information because one person isn't tagged on every response.
I just wanted to write about the same and create a ticket. I don't even know why there is no a reply all from the beginning. Wrike pls solve this ASAP! Thank you.
Hi all, thanks for your votes and input on this idea.
Let me know if the relatively new function of using @Following (which mentions everyone following the task) and @assignees (which mentions everyone assigned to the task) helps with this?
Dear Stephen!
The new functions you have mentioned does not help us in this matter. We do not want to type any @whatever, we would like to click on a REPLY ALL button which tags everyone who was tagged in the previous comment.
Please add this function as soon as you can.
Thanks!
Hi Stephen,
The @assignees and @following are a step in the right direction and help us tag everyone at the launch of a task. However, not everyone needs to be @mentioned on all replies and a "Reply All" that works like the "Reply" which tags only the ones in the comment being replied to would still be useful.
Collaborators may not fully comprehend the @assignees or @following tags (especially if they are only following and task and aren't 100% sure how that happened). We have a large number of Collaborators that, though we provide training, barely have a grasp on what it is we're asking them to do and often respond via email only.
Thank you!
RE: Reply All button - The sooner, the better! Thanks for your help!
The addition of a 'Reply All' button would be a dream come true...IThe time spent adding to the reply adds up for sure! Plus, it is so easy to mistakenly add people to the comment as you search for everyone that was originally on the comment.
Please get this done, it's so easy to add a Reply All button right next to the Reply button when you hover over the post.
Hi all, we really appreciate your feedback and votes on this one. Our Product Team has been thinking about ways to apply a suitable solution however it's not on their roadmap right now. I've updated the title's with a Backburner status and you can learn more about what these Statuses mean here.
At this stage, it would be really helpful to hear more about how you would use this feature (so more use-cases) and also what you're doing now to @mention the right people. I'll be sure to update you here when there's a change to the current status 👍
One of the past suggestions was a dropdown to select Reply or Reply All, as I have commented on this thread before, this would be amazing and save time/less errors.
With our team growing, you start typing your @... accidentally selecting someone else and not catching it can happen from time to time, Reply All would alleviate this and save several seconds of adding a string of people into the comment.
@all, does the new(ish) feature of @followers and @assignees help with meeting the requirements of this feedback?
Reply all, is a great idea, but with the nature of comments and collaboration it might not be the right solution - we've noticed that people often to want to make sure everyone following and/or all assignees are made of aware of a new comment as these people are the main stakeholders of the task.
Would love your feedback so we can close this out, or provide more specifics to the Product team. Post your feedback below 👍
No! @followers and @assignees does not solve this problem, in fact we've told our staff NOT to use those as they create clutter and confusion.
In our business (and I assume in others), there are 3 levels of engagement:
1) Passive (they have access and visibility, but aren't actively involved in a specific task, and don't need to be alerted of every detail or change). In our business, people have passive access to 300+ projects. @followers covers these people but would totally clog up their inbox.
2) Active (they have access but are also involved in the day-to-day aspects of the task, and need to know what's happening). These people are manually being tagged on every comment every time which is prone to error. Reply All would make this a one-time manual tag, followed by people clicking Reply All on future comments.
3) Assignees (the Active users who are responsible for completion). @assignees covers these people but it does not cover the Actives who need to be in the loop.
So please add the "Reply All" option to a comment, it's such a simple and obvious fix. Email figured this out a few decades ago.
Thanks,
Samir
I agree with Samir. Not all of the conversations held about a task directly involve everyone who's interested (followers). For us, it's very common to have a conversation including a developer or two, a senior developer, and one of the product stakeholders. Normally only the primary developer is assigned to the task and the followers include team leads, supervisors, and other stakeholders who need to know about the project but don't need to know about every conversation.
Again, @assignees is too few and @followers is too many.
Could not say it better, thanks Samir! Stephen, we do hope the Wrike team takes these comments to action, the 'Reply All' would be monumental improvement. I have submitted numerous comments on this subject and believe it would be the best update since spellcheck and the additional background screens.
Best,
Brad
Our team is in desperate need of the reply-all feature. Our system of flexible teams means that we can't reasonably use the groups feature for @mentions as each project has a different set of people working on it. And we often see comment threads grow in the number or participants as the nature of the task evolves, bringing on people from various departments of the company.
Please count this as a vote for adding in a reply-all feature.
It's way past time time to move this from Backburner to Frontburner status. The less typing (of redundant information) that I have to do in a comment flow, the better. I would suggest an implementation with a drop-down list that includes the options:
Then you have pretty much covered all the bases, provided great flexibility and potentially reduced the number of keystrokes to get a reply comment written and sent.
Hi everyone, thank you for your continued support here!
Our Product team is really interested in this solution. It is not on the short-term roadmap currently, but something the team is considering for future enhancement.
Please continue adding your votes and use-cases here, and I'll keep checking with the Product team and get back to you when I hear any news 👍

To add another voice to this thread:
My company uses Wrike for project management between our marketing team and all other departments. We frequently are tagging the same people tagged in the comment we are replying to - and often several people. We would love to have a way of automatically tagging all individuals who are tagged in a comment we're responding to plus the individual who sent the comment! This would be so helpful!
Thank you!!!
Thanks for posting, Rebecca Robinson 🙂
At the moment, the status is not updated. I'll be able to provide an update in 2020.

No, they don't, and that people are still asking for a Reply All even after the implementation of Followers and Assignees should indicate that. I would call it safe to assume that anyone deep enough into Wrike to comment in the Community is a professional user, and thusly we can decide for ourselves if the existing tools meet our needs. When you say "we've noticed that people often to want to make sure everyone following and/or all assignees are made of aware of a new comment," you completely discount all of the people calling for a solution for a specific need that Followers and Assignees does not address.
In my case, Followers is far too broad for most cases, and we're transitioning away from it completely. For important updates, Assignees works, but is too much for the run-and-gun bits of information and commentary that get dropped in between three or four people out of the seven to 12 assigned. A Reply All button would let those three or four people keep each other in the loop without having to flood everyone else's inbox with "Lets add another widget" or "Can we change this color from A to B?"
As much as I love Wrike, and the responsiveness through the Community, I find myself continually astounded at how hard the Wrike team pushes back against basic functionality that has been present in productivity software for decades. "Can you give us a use-case to justify including this missing function that everyone with a computer has even using successfully since 1995?"
Totally understand where you're coming from with this, Kevin Blue! The Community team are also Wrike users, and we like to ask questions in order to provide the Product team with as much context as we can when we check for updates. And mentioning functionality that already exists sometimes helps less experienced users. Please rest assured that your feedback is passed on to the team!

We just joined Wrike, about 15 users, and I cannot believe they do not have a reply-all button?
Coming from Trello on some projects, this blows my mind. Please add this
Hi David Dallaire, thank you for this feedback! It's been passed on to the Product team.
