Always sharing all projects with everyone
Hi,
How can we configure our account to always share all projects with everyone on our account, unless a project is marked as private or in a private folder ?

Hi Pieter, welcome to the forums 👋
It's all about how you set up your Folder structure. If you share your top-level Folders with the "My Team" group, then everyone has access to those Folders and to everything within those Folders. I recommend having a few high-level Folders, something like "Departments" or "Projects" and then having Folders within those. Our page on "Create a Folder Structure" has a recommendation on how to set things up.
Individuals would still be able to easily create their own private Folders by creating their own top-level Folder and not sharing that Folder with anyone.
