Request form not adding tasks from template

The Wrike form that I created is not properly adding all of the tasks that I have on my template. My template currently has 7 tasks. How can I make sure that each submission will have all of the proper tasks?

Hi Trinity, let's figure out what's going on. I have a few quick questions to try understand what's going on 

  1. In your Request form - was it built to "launch a Project from template"?
  2. Are there filters applied? When you submit a Request, can you try checking what filters are applied to the Folder and potentially removing or changing applied filters? Sometimes tasks are there but not visible.
