I spoke with the support team who suggested I post here - what I would love to be able to do is have tasks in Wrike synchronize with the tasks in Outlook. That is to say, not appear on the calendar view or related to emails, but literally within the tasks view and/or tasks pane on the "Outlook Today" screen. At present I am manually creating a companion task in one or the other - ex: if a task is created and assigned to me in Wrike, I create one to mirror it in Outlook and place a permalink with the body area - this works, but adds a level of effort when trying to keep everything aligned.
I have not looked into whether I could sync to an interim system that Wrike has an integration with to accomplish this - i.e: sync Wrike > XX > Outlook > XX Wrike - which I'll do, if anyone has found a way to accomplish this I'd appreciate hearing from you. If there isn't then hopefully this is something that could be an enhancement to the product in the future.
