Good morning to all,
we like to do backup several files from wrike folder , the ones we shall choose, with our any restriction to date , size or anyother.

Is it possible?
If not what is possible to do?

We want to seperate unfinished tasks from last year and new tasks from this year and back up the ones that they are finished-completed. My apologize if my english are not perfect.

Hi there, and welcome to the Community 👋  Thanks for posting!
 
You can back up your account data for your entire account. The backup file is exported in JSON format, and this means that it needs to be 'parsed'. Often people convert the JSON file to a CSV file and you can simply find these file-converters by searching online. 
 
Although, it looks like you're looking for a way to archive this data. You can simply archive in Wrike by creating a new Folder in your Wrike account (e.g. Folder name: 'Company Projects 2017') and move these Folders to this Folder where it is securely saved and backed up in real-time.
