Bug: Removed users still able to see Task
Hello,
We stumbled upon an issue regarding task assignments. It seems that if a collaborator is assigned to a task and later he is removed, he can still see the assignment even tho he doesn't have the permissions to view the task anymore. The only way we have found how to fix this is by following these steps:
1) Assign the user to the parent folder
2) Assign the user to the task (again)
3) Remove the user from the task
4) Remove the user from the parent folder.
Can you please let us know if we are doing anything wrong?
Regards,
Nicolas

Hi Nicolas, a task is shared with a user when you assign them, mention them in the comments, or share the task's parent Task, Folder or Project. If you unassign the task, the original assignee will still have access to the task until you stop sharing it. You can stop sharing by clicking the share icon in the task view, shown in the below GIF.
However, if the Collaborator has been shared the parent Task, Folder or Project, then you won't be able to unshare a task from them. Try right clicking on the parent Task, Folder or Project in the Folder tree on the left-hand side of your Workspace and click 'Share'. From here you can see who this Folder is shared with, and add and remove users and click 'save changes'.
Hello,
Thank you for the explanation. Much appreciated.
Best,
Nicolas.
