Last modified date, report in not modified in the last 7 days
Hi, I'd like to have visibility of items not modified in a certain time. We have a lot of tasks in Wrike and find ourselves losing track of some items. I'd like to create a report showing not modified in the last 7 days and share that with my team for attention.
Hi Kowus, this is an interesting idea! Sounds like it could be related to: Negative Filter / Exception Filter. Do you think that request resonates with what you've shared here?
this is such a basic attribute to have, why is it missing? please add this a time frame like last x doesn't help my colleagues who are trying to monitor recent changes based on date, when they get daily/weekly updated reports.
Hi Kerry Thomas, thanks for reaching out! Although we don't have this feature currently, here's what I think can be done:
When creating a task-based report, you can choose active tasks by adding the "All active" status and then add a "Last modified date" filter and choose a time frame. For example, if you'd like to see active tasks that haven't been modified in the last 7 days, you can set the first date of the time frame as the first day of the year, and the second date which is a week ago. For example, today is February 11, and I'd like to see the tasks that haven't been modified since January. For the time-frame I choose "Jan 1 - Jan 31", and the report should show me active tasks where the last modified date has been in January, and which haven't been modified in February. It's just an idea, of course, so please let me know if that can help!

Using a time frame would work however in my case I was to find tasks that I am assigned to that have not been modified this week. Every week I would have to remember to go in and update the report.
Hi Kyle Shertzer,
I can see that you've added your support for this Product Feedback suggestion in relation to this use case. If there are any changes here, I'll be sure to keep you posted.
Pinging this thread, having the ability to configure a report that would provide a list of tasks that have not been modified in a time-based timeframe (30 days for example) rather than picking exact dates on a calendar, would be very important to us. For example - I want a report that will show me a list of tasks that have not been modified >30 days ago, so I can monitor follow-up amongst my team.
Hi Aaron Pratt, thank you for supporting this idea, I've passed your feedback on to our Product Team 👍
Adding another bump for this idea. This is an important feature in helping make sure tasks are not falling through the cracks without personally being assigned or assigning the task.
Hi Erin Inks, welcome to the forums 👋 Thank you for reaching out!
I'd recommend supporting this Product feedback thread as well. And please let me know if you need help with anything else!
