Allocation Columns

We have been using the % allocation, but have noted that there is now an hourly allocation available.  We want to move over to this as it works better for us, but how to I get rid of the % column, seen in Table view?

Hi Sarah, thanks for posting here! Happy to hear that you like this new functionality :) To remove the percentage field in Table View:

  1. Click the gear icon at the top-left of the view.
  2. Uncheck the "Allocation" field.
  3. Only "Allocated Hours" will be shown in the Table View.

Thanks, it helped, but where can i see the Project OVERALL status, as opposed to the task level status. ? The column STATUS has a null/black value when all projects are collapsed.

The same applies to the "Assigned To" field as well.   If projects have an OWNER, then I should be able to see this.  Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Peter! While the Table View does not allow to display the Project status and owner, you can use the Reports feature to obtain this information!
Simply build a Report based on the Projects, it will include all the Projects from the selected Folder, the Project owners and the statuses of the Projects. You can toggle the columns on and off using the menu under the gear icon, same as in the Table View:
Additionally, you can subscribe to this Report and receive notifications to your Wrike Inbox and email address to always stay up to date!

Hi Kedson! In every subscription type (including Professional) you can set a status for a Project: Green, Yellow, Red, Completed, On hold or Cancelled:
