Feature Updates

  • Sharing - Button Updated for Private Items 🤝
Before: In task view and in the project/folder info panels of private items the sharing button was called Private.
Now: You'll see a button called Share in its place.
Note: On free and trial accounts it's highlighted in blue.
Before: In the attachments menu, available DAM API integrations (e.g., ShareFile) were at the bottom of the list.
Now: They'll be placed after the cloud storage options and they'll be sorted by the date of their addition to the account.
 

We've changed the way the menu for work templates suggestions works a bit. Instead of the Menu setup, the button is now called Customize menu. And now when users change the work template suggestions they are saved automatically, so users can just click anywhere outside the menu and close it after they make the changes. That's why the Apply and back button is now called just Back.

Note: Work Templates are a Wrike Labs feature.

The latest version of Wrike for iOS is now available. As well as some fixes, this new version allows account owners to manage account deletion directly from the app:
 
    
 

Fixes

  • Space - Level Custom Fields Visible Outside Spaces

Account-level custom fields that were converted to space-level ones were still visible on projects outside of the space. That's fixed now.

Why did you change the private to share? Before you have clearly seen that you did not share it with anybody (=private) and when you shared it with somebody (Shared). No benefit of this change and we have to make new screenshot for our training documents. Waste of time.
