[Status: Backburner ⏳] Multiple Request Form Confirmation Emails

Hello,

Within my organization, there are multiple teams using the same Wrike account (Wrike for Marketers.) Each of these teams uses request forms, but there is a limitation in Wrike that only allows for one custom email response.

It would be awesome if each team could have its own automated email response tailored to their own workflow and request form.

Apologies if there is another post similar to this one. I searched first but didn't find anything.

We need this feature! Some of our external request forms are used by clients who need specific verbiage in the auto reply. Sending out a reply mentioning another client's process doesn't look so good on us ... please consider getting this into production!

Agreed!  Something we definitely would use as well.  We have so many different types of request forms it would be helpful to be able to change the auto-response for each type of request form.

We would like to see this implemented sooner then later as well, We have several request forms in our business processes having one response email is very generic.

Yes, please! 🙋  Our Marketing Solutions team has a variety of request forms, all for very different use cases, which would ideally each provide a customized bounce-back message to our non-Wrike customers on who they can contact for further questions.  This way our Digital Communications Request can have a different message from our Multimedia Video Request versus the Spanish Translation Request, etc etc.

Would love to have a feature where each form gets a unique email response. this would be very handy for special instructions or information related to the specific form

We would also love to have this feature where each form gets a unique email response. As of now we only have two different teams using Wrike, however we may have more in the future. As of now we have to use a "general" term in the FROM Field.

Just chiming in again that I really hope this can happen soon! We are going to be reworking part of our incoming reviews processes and could really use to have multiple email responses to avoid confusion. We either have to be very generic with our response email or cover multiple scenarios in the one response email.

I would request that the response email have the ability to be customized for each submission form. So that if you are making a custom form for an outside vendor for a particular project, the acknowledgment email can be customized to include project particulars, etc. One thing I need is to customize from time to time, say during a Holiday period that the response email say, there may be delays in response during the holiday for instance.
