Add Muiti Status column
Hello,
I would like Wrike can be available to have multiple status. This function can help to track and monitor the whole project. In our case, the project have different department and each of them need a status as well. Therefore, it will be very helpful if this function can be added to Wrike.
We've tried to add custom field, however, we still looking for the same function as the status column, it will be more convenience for us to filter & monitor.
Regards,
I am surprised more people have not commented on this one! This would be an excellent feature. It would be a huge complement to the new Wrike Analyze. Have multiple status columns would give us a large variety of report options.
Hi Gabe Schur, thanks for adding your feedback here. We've passed this on to the Product team.

so is not possible yet? to have multiple "status"? This was requested back in 2018. Same issue here, we have different department and each of them need a status as well.

Hi Lisa,
We'd like the tasks to have multiple statuses at the same time. Since we can have multiple workflows, it would be useful if a task could have a status in each workflow simultaneously.
Hi Lisa,
Similar with our business - we have different departments (Sales, Design, Production and Accounts), each team having a different workflow ie Sales team needs statuses like Prospect / Contacted / Sold etc, Design team needs Draft / Revision / Approved / Handed over to Production, Production team needs Prep / Build / Strip-Down / Storage and accounts team needs Proforma / Paid / Invoiced / Refunded (Credited) etc. Please note we need multiple statuses as each department can be at a different stage of the process. Sales would be obviously concerned about their own pipeline, however they would also have insight into other dept progress ie if their project was already built or if their client paid as marked by Accounts.
Right now we have a single workflow which is a mess as it tries to include everybody's needs. It's not as simple as that - in our case overall progress of a project is a sum of multiple variables.
For this purpose custom fields are just a workaround which lack flexibility of statuses.
Hi Simon Forget and Maciej Klosinski, thanks so much for sharing this additional detail here, it's much appreciated!
I've passed this on to the Product team now and if there are any updates to share here in the future we'll be sure to update the thread. If you need help with anything else, please don't hesitate to ask 👍

I agree, sorely needed
Adding our support for this. Similar use case to some of the above. We have a large project (lower case "p") where the work items (type = Project) go through 5 or 6 "stages" - depending on the functional team working on the work items at that point - and each stage needs a fixed set of workflow statuses. Here's a rough idea of what it would look like:
Thank you for adding your use case here Fred Lunau 🙌

Hello,
I'm new to this group. Has this feature been added to Wrike's backlog? I would also find this capability useful for a complex process.

Hi There!
I completely agree. Multiple statuses is very necessary. The Board view won't show folders for each column in a colorful/visual way like the statuses, so unless folders can be displayed the same way, then I need tasks to be able to be tagged simultaneously with different statuses.

Upvoted and will throw my use case in here.
I manage a web production team. We have work coming in from various teams, including brand studios, content studios, product marketing, solution marketing, and various other workgroups. Each use a workflow with statuses that meet their specific tracking needs. When they need the assistance of my team, they tag a project into our folder and it shows up in a table view that I monitor all day. I have a system for requests that come directly to my team using my own workflow to help me identify which projects have been newly added and require resourcing. However, with a single status column that reflects statuses from multiple workflows including some that are mid-project/in progress, it is extremely difficult to spot the newly added projects that didn't originate from inside my queue.
If a project could reflect multiple statuses inside multiple columns in the table view at the same time (as seen in the OP image), I could easily spot any project that was dropped in where the 'web production' workflow status was blank, and that would flag for me that it was a new, unassigned project. As it is now, if I flip the project to my workflow so that I can track it more easily, then the other teams lose their status tracking visibility.
In short, statuses should be an 'and' not an 'or.'
Much needed feature, please add.
When working with several teams on the same task it would be very helpful to be able to add multiple statuses. In our case it is hard to get an overview on what have been completed and it feels like we're pinging the statuses back and fro instead of just adding another.
Please develop, many thanks!
Allowing more than one status would be very helpful, regardless of how its structured. Primary status vs Secondary status could work. or simply multiple status fields could work as well.
Our use case is when a task requires multiple departments (aka workflows) at the same time.
