We are excited to announce that the full-featured date picker you know and love is now available across all table-based views. This enhancement brings a consistent scheduling experience to the entire platform.

This update applies to all table-based views: Table View, subitems, smart folders, and the new Dashboards.

You can now:

- Change task duration and effort
- Hide unnecessary fields from Table View (for example, show only the Due Date)

This calendar update has made it much more cumbersome for us to quickly change and update dates. The update makes sense when scheduling a new project when you have to input all of the information for each task, but if you are using blueprints and just need to do a quick adjustment or reschedule of a current project, this is making it a much more difficult process.

I agree with Jenny, this update has acted more as a speed bump for my team. I have 12 PMs on my team and we primarily use blueprints. This update has slowed us down considerably with quick updates in our timelines, requiring multiple clicks for no reason. This falls under the "if it's not broke, don't fix it" category. I would love if this would revert back to a one click change at the project level in table view.
