We’re thrilled to introduce new capabilities for Wrike AI Agents, enabling end-to-end workflow automation.
 
What’s new?

- Agents can now auto-assign tasks to team members. This helps eliminate manual task assignment bottlenecks by routing requests based on skills and workload.
- Agents can rename items to standardize naming conventions, and react to status changes.
- It can also trigger existing Wrike automation rules, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
- Management improvements include toggling agents on/off and timezone-aware scheduling.

  • Configuration Governance: Refreshed Custom Fields Usage Analytics 📊
We’re happy to share a new update regarding monitoring your configuration usage: newly refreshed Custom Fields analytics with removed limitations.
 
Here's what's new:

- Full data points list: Updated data points, including total usage, monthly usage, last user, and timestamp.
- Track usage for formula fields: Clearly see if your metrics are in use.
- Automatic and API updates: Inclusion of automatic and API updates for comprehensive data.
- Real-time updates with no delays.

  • Klaxoon: Jira Ticket Editing In Klaxoon Whiteboard 📝
We are excited to share an update related to Jira ticket editing within Klaxoon Whiteboard.
 
You can now update key fields such as Summary, Status, Assignee, Priority, Story Points, and Story Points Estimated directly in a dedicated modal when connected to Jira.
 
What’s new?

- Additional Jira ticket information is accessible in the accordion view.
- A modal for editing Jira tickets is now available.
- Main fields such as Summary, Status, Assignee, etc., can be updated without switching tools.
