- Timesheet Approvals - Submission Rules in Wrike Labs ✨
We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new feature available in Wrike Labs: Timesheet Submission Rules! This feature allows account admins to enhance control and compliance by setting per day or per week limits on hours submitted in timesheets. Here's what's new:
-Capabilities: Configure rules for every work schedule with hard or soft restrictions. Hard restrictions prevent submission outside set limits, while soft restrictions provide warnings with confirmation modals.
-Activation and Configuration: Available for Pinnacle accounts, this feature can be enabled by admins in Wrike Labs under 'Timesheet submission rules (time caps)'. Once activated, settings default to a week-based, soft restriction approach but can be tailored to your needs.
-User Experience: Users will see warning indicators in My Timesheet if submissions don't align with configured rules. For hard restrictions, even approvers will receive warning messages before marking timesheets as approved.

Was there an update to User Types last week? My Admins lost access to financial info and after some investigation, it looked like a new category for Financials was added to User Types, but all were turned off by default. The Financials category seems to be gone now, so I'd just like to be prepared if this comes online again. Thanks!
