[Wrike Labs] Wrike's AI Filtering is Here 🔥
Прикреплено ВыделеноHi everyone! 🙂
We're thrilled to announce a new addition to our AI feature set: AI Filtering! 🔥
This feature introduces a more interactive and intuitive way to filter your tasks in Wrike. Admins can enable AI Filtering in Wrike Labs, and once enabled, you'll see a new button Filter with AI… in the filter button menu in both the New Table view and the New Board view:
The AI Filtering opens a chat-like interface on the side of your screen. Here, you can simply type in a text description of how you want to filter your current view. For example, you could type "Show me my tasks due this week," and our AI will instantly filter your tasks accordingly. It can save a significant amount of your time as you won’t have to set up filters on the filter panel.
Each new message you send is considered a new set of filters, replacing the previous ones. This makes it quick and easy to change your filters as your focus shifts throughout your workday.
Now, here's where it gets even more interesting. The AI Filtering supports a wide range of filter fields, including:
"assignee", "author", "approver", "approval_creator", "status", "approval_status", "start_date", "due_date", "create_date", "finish_date", "last_modify_date", "approval_start_date", "approval_due_date", "approval_finish_date", "importance", "budget", "effort", and "text".
You can apply these filters to Projects, Tasks, and Custom item types of project or task types.
The supported comparisons include "equal", "not_equal", "less", "more", "less_or_equal", "more_or_equal", and "between".
Filters follow inclusive "or" logic within the same group (e.g., "active" OR "completed" status) and "and" logic between groups (e.g., assignee=Tom and author=Tom).
Please note that this is an experimental feature that can be changed or discontinued at any moment. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or factually incorrect.
We never use customer data to train our AI models.
We're very excited to see how this new feature can streamline your workflow and make task management even more efficient ✅ As always, we look forward to hearing your feedback and thoughts on the AI Filtering - please comment below 👇

Hi Lisa this is such an interesting addition to Wrike Labs! Keen to experiment with it and see if it adds value to our team in Wrike. My only comment would be that our team finds the Wrike filtering quite sound and easy to use in its current state.
More of a pain point for our team is the Search Functionality. I understand there are workspace commands available to filter searches, but a feature like this would make it even more straightforward to find things in Wrike that may fall outside our search commands, or if we are perusing a space for tasks that relate to a concept. Is this something being considered by the Wrike team? Thank you!
Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts not only on AI filtering, but also the search functionality Jess Cuddy! We appreciate your feedback.

Interesting, I'll try =)
Can I combine also project and tasks filters?
Can you advise on the process for turning this on? Someone in IT has the Wrike Owner seat but aren't a Wrike user. Not sure how to direct them to turn this on - do they have the option to turn it on on the Wrike Labs page?
Pietro Poli It should be possible, yes!
Roisin O'Reilly Wrike account owners or admins should see the option for turning on AI filtering in Wrike Labs. And by owners, we mean account owners with a seat. Could you ask one of the admins to enable it? The list is available under Settings > Account info:

I finally got to play around with this feature today and the results are not accurate. I'll stick to my dashboards until this is tested more.
Thanks a lot for this feedback Sus Scott, we truly appreciate it. It would also help a lot if you could provide a screenshot!

Lisa I met with our Wrike Owner but, even though she's logged in, the option doesn't appear on the Wrike Labs page. Her message says, "If you’re interested in activating this feature for your organization’s account, please contact your Wrike sales representative." How can we turn this feature on?
Roisin O'Reilly, I've asked our Support team to look into this for you 🙌

Hi Lisa I recently sat through the Generative AI deminar and was very excited about this feature. When I met with our Wrike Owner this morning asking to activate this in Wrike Labs, she too said it wasn't listed as an option. Could you help?
Hi Kelsey Rudolph, thank you for your question 🙂 I'm afraid that this option has been sunset due to low use. Please, feel free to check our dedicated post and our Help Center article to discover all the details about Generative AI in Wrike.
