📚 Releases - New Integrations Gallery, Export Current View in The New Table View, and More! (08/28/2023)

Feature Updates

We released a new integrations gallery to all accounts with Wrike Lightspeed enabled.
The gallery now opens inside the workspace and it brings a clearer view of used and available integrations as well as an optimized navigation.
We added the Export this table to Excel option to the three-dot menu on the toolbar. This option allows exporting the current data currently displayed on the view - we know that many of you have been looking forward to this update!

Also, the rollup for formula-type custom fields is now available the New Table view. Keep in mind that rollup is only available if the calculation result is number-, percent-, currency-, or duration-type.
  • Custom Fields - Remove/Add Field From Location Option Available in the New Board and Table Views 📍
Removing fields is now a breeze! You can add or remove custom fields from a location in the New Table or New Board view by clicking the three-dot menu next to the field in the field selector.

Hi Lisa & Wrike team! Thank you for the continued updates and release notes! I wanted to ask about some feature-parity-related re: the new table view. I see that I can now perform certain batch actions with projects, which is awesome. I know I can batch move or add them to a folder, but I cannot currently batch remove projects from a specific folder. This is still possible with tasks in the list view, not projects. Being able to do so would be a godsend and vastly cut down on the amount of time I need to perform account maintenance.

Do you know if and when on the roadmap this is slated to be tackled?

Thanks again!

Hi,

I appreciate, that it is now less likely to delete Custom Fields permanently (by accident).

I would personally prefer it, if a delete request (confirm/decline) was send to me if someone tries deleting a field. Just because some user orginally created a field, doesn't mean automatically that others aren't using it too. As account administrator I would have the chance to check for the last use and could make sure no important data is lost (hopefully).

I in general have the problem that some fields exist multiple times because users do not know how to check for existing fields. It would be nice to have way more possibilities as admin to help. Like replace on field with a other, open up a field for everyone... maybe even get an information when a field is created.
