Hi Tim, thanks for reaching out! We do sell the Business plan in buckets of five but I understand that sometimes you may not need all of the seats. I will ask your Account Executive to reach out to talk through your use case and pricing options a little more. In the meantime, happy to talk through how you envision using Wrike.  

Hello, I have a similar question .. I'm considering upgrading but I only need two seats for the time being. In due course we will need to add more.

Also, do collaborators count towards user seats?

The same problem, the best reason not to buy for me. I have 10 person team and if would need one more person more on my team i will have to pay 125$ for that person each month on business plan. Maybe not a problem for a team of 101 persons because 4 empty sits are divided by 101 users and the cost is more or less 1$ for each one. No so bad but also bad for the 100 person team because i am sure that they could make it by person payment. The truth is that for a team of 11 members you will pay 66% for ten persons and 33% for one person and this is unacceptable for me. For a team of 6 persons is even worst 5 users 125$ and 1 user 125$. Is totally crazy. It is like you are saying to us that we can take from you more money because... we can. No reason just because we can...

I was WRIKE user and switched to monday.com as had only 2 users and had to pay for 5 Licenses in WRIKE.

Let me know if WRIKE can consider for 2 user for the BUSINESS plan and I would be happy to signup for Wrike.

Is it still the same limitations of minimum 5 users in a Business plan? Im alone in the company that will use Wrike for the moment, it will be too expencive and I have to try to find another service provider.
