Redirect to request form
Allow a redirect Request Form to Request Form. This would allow for a more targeted/detailed request process based on a selection. Granted you can direct to another page; however, Request Forms are limited in taking multiple actions such as adding project or tasks based on the selection within a single form. Alternately, allow Form pages to perform such independent actions.
This would be very useful!

It would still be help to add a conditional redirect to a request form in another department. For example Marketing to Creative with specifics and design elements (creating a task/description or scope in Creative).

I am working on creating a new form, However, when I add a Question. I do not see the Redirect option. is there a trigger for it?

It has to be a dropdown type of question in order to be able to redirect. Here's more info on how this works 👍

Hi, I also agree. This functionality would be really helpful. We have the need to drive requestors from one form to another. Adding an option under the Redirect menu to a URL would solve for this.

Hi, I am looking for the option to redirect to another form, based on user input. That feature isn't currently available.
Hi, just wanted to say that I support this idea of being able to have an option to redirect people to a different Request Form depending on an answer to a question. I can see the value in us having an initial form that asks people to pick the type of project they need support for (Event, Collateral, Website Update, etc.).. and then they are redirected to different forms we've set up for each of those project types. For example, our Website Request Form would only create tasks, whereas our request form for Events creates a project.
