[Status: Backburner ⏳] Notifications of Comment Reactions

Hi Brandy, there's no separate notifications about reactions, but I would love to see that too! I'm moving this over to the Product Feedback section so that others can vote for it and so that our Product Team can see that you're requesting it 🙌

I'd be interested to know if there's been any movement on this request?

I would like to see email notifications for reactions to posts on tasks as well. Otherwise if someone just gives a thumbs up in response to something you post on a task you don't really know they saw and responded to your post unless you go and look at the task.

I would like notifications for reactions on tasks too. Often a reaction is used as a way of acknowledgement of a comment and this is easily missed due to no notification being sent to the other user.

My team would like to get notifications for reactions on comments as well. Most reactions on comments are otherwise missed. This type of notification should be optional (to be checked / unchecked in the notification settings), and the default settings should be checked. Thanks a lot!

As this was first noted in 2018, this feature would be greatly appreciated. It would streamline task management and provide a more efficient option than having to @ someone every time you recognize their comment. It would be useful to either get a daily email notification or a separate notification panel from the Inbox for just reaction notifications.
