Ability to hide filters in Wrike Analyze
I have created report dashboards to be presented in meetings with management. It would be great if we could hide the filters on the right-hand side of the dashboard during meetings, much like you can minimize the main menu on the left.
Ashley,
I think this is a great idea! Also hide them client views if being shared in a limited or read only setting with collaborator accounts. Our current work around is to set additional filters down at each widget.
Thanks, Ashley Fischer I can see how that can be useful. I've shared your feedback with our Product team.
Kate Russell, thanks for supporting Ashley's idea and the additional feedback 🙌🏼
@... any update on this? it doesn't seem like it would be difficult to add this functionality.
We present these boards during meetings with the executives and it looks quite unprofessional to have the filters there. The filters also take up a lot of real estate on a smaller laptop screen and our reports don't fit on the screen. We have to scroll back and forth to see all of the information that is in the tables.
Hello Ashley Fischer, thank you for checking in 😊
At the moment, there are no new updates regarding hiding filters in Wrike Analyze, unfortunately.
As a workaround, I can recommend using the public link or creating a .pdf version of the reports which won't show the filters available. Please let me know if this helps for the time being 🙋🏻♀️
Hi @... I totally understand about focusing on the feedback items with the most votes.
I don't know of a public link for analytics reports. The only sharing option is to add someone to the report.
The exporting functionality of Wrike Analytics reports is quite abysmal. They are not printable unless you print on A1 size paper (23-3/8 x 33-1/8 in). It does appear that the engineers have made some updates as it no longer cuts to a new page in the middle of widget. The reports still can't handle emojis or color statuses. The PDF shows the hex code for status colors, instead of having the status that color:
Due to a lack of color options, we were advised to use emojis in our statuses to differentiate, but this too breaks when exported.
While I understand that only 4 people have upvoted and you have other priorities but it's very frustrating on our end. The functionality of Wrike Analytics has grown significantly since we began using it, but it still lacks so many basic features and data points that we have considered removing this from our plan.
We have the Public Link option where we can share the link with anyone and they can view the Analyze Board (without the filters or ability to click on widgets). Maybe this feature is because we're in the Beta Test in the Snowflake data storage that allows for real-time reporting and enhanced custom field abilities. You may want to discuss this with your Customer Success Manager (if you have one).
Meredith Selden Thank you!
Hi Ashley Fischer, the option should be under the three-dot menu. Could you please check and let me know if you see it? Thank you 😊
Ashley Fischer on the issue with PDF's / Public Links showing the Hex Codes - change your Category to "Task Status" instead of "Task Status (Color)" then you can manually change the color of each status using those Hex Codes in the bottom box of the color picker pop-out:
@... Sorry for the late post, I'm not sure how I missed your reply. I do not have that option when I click the 3 dots on my analytics reports:
Hi Ashley Fischer, thanks for getting back to us. The chances are high that your Account Owner/Admin with permission to configure advanced security settings disabled the ability to share boards via Public link. Please ask them to go to Security > External sharing policy and turn on the required permission:
This should help. Let us know if any additional questions come up☺️

I fully agree on getting the option to hide the filters on the right-hand side of the dashboard during meetings. Full support on that.
On the other side I tried getting the 'Public Link' but it is not available in my case. I'm 'Regular User' and the Admin of the Space I created. I also checked for Account Management > Security but that menu is not available. Any help on that?
