Getting Notifications on Comments or Uploaded Proofs

I am hoping that you will consider allowing notifications on comments or uploaded proofs without having to @the recipients. It would make this such a better product. I keep missing important notifications. Thank you for considering.

Hello Crissy Napont and welcome to the Community!

You can follow a task, project, or folder in order to get notifications each time there is a change and not to miss anything. You can also add followers to projects, folders, or tasks you want your colleagues to be notified of.

Email notifications are a good way to keep track of changes without the fear of missing out. Click on your profile picture on the upper right-hand corner of your Workspace and go to Settings. You can then select which notifications you'd like to receive in your e-mail.

Another option could be to use the Stream tab to see updates related to tasks and subtasks as well as updates related to changes made directly to Projects or Folders.

Let me know if this helps 🙌🏼

Good Morning.  In addition to task, if someone adds a comment to the Project or Folder, is there a way for Wrike to send me a notification even if I am not @mentioned?

Hi Fredrick Smith, welcome to the Community! 🤗

For this case, it's possible to get an email notification:

Someone comments without @mentioning me or my group: when a user adds a comment to a task, folder, or project without @mentioning you or your group and a proofing comment is added or changed.

Please let me know if this helps!

It looks like that is only for tasks:

But I figured it out.  If you follow a folder, it works.

Hello,

My co-worker is getting a separate notification for every single comment that I leave on a proof. Is there a way to leave multiple comments but then only have my co-worker receive one notification that says something like "multiple comments were left on a proof" ? Receiving 20 notifications in your Wrike Inbox, as well as your email inbox, for each document is a lot.

It would be ideal if these could also be reflected as a notification (rather than an email) so that all notifications are in the same "inbox".
