Number of overdue tasks in custom field
Hello,
Is there a way of calculating or getting on project level a number of overdue tasks inside the corresponding project?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I know you're hoping to have this as a custom field, I'm not sure about that ability, but I do want to point out that you are able to do this within Wrike Analyze as part of a table design. Are you able to access these features? You can create a pivot table to list Projects, any other info you want, and then have a column that will show the # of overdue tasks.
Hello Eric,
Thank you for the reply. That would be a good solution but right now we are on business plan so we dont have the Analyze feature.
Maybe in some nearby future we will upgrade our license.
after reading this my initial thought was why not create a custom report titled Overdue Tasks?
from there you can select your data source and filter it out by only showing overdue tasks? I think using the Space as the data source would be your best bet, instead of only seeing one project at a glance you can view all the projects that have late tasks. it can be handy but its not necessarily calculating the overdue tasks, per your request, but it does show the number of overdue tasks inside the projects.
hope that helps, if not you can always go fancy and create a formula as a custom field (with conditional markers) within the project that shows how many days lost vs gained. but again, not sure if that is something that you are looking for.
I have a report grouped by designers that shows how many tasks each designer has. If you grouped by project and filtered for all overdue tasks you could get the count there. And as I type this I realized that it is the same thing that Daniel Garcia just wrote. :)
Hello,
Thank you for valuable advices. It is not what I exactly need but I will have to adapt to it until we will have analyze feature.
