Deputy for approvals

Hi,

we always have a problem with approvals if persons are on holidays or sick (especially on automated approvals in a workflow). We would need a rule for a deputy approver forwarding the approval automatically to the deuputy if someone is out. Best would be to give for any person a deputy for approvals (so a possibility in the users management).

Perhaps their are also other topics a deputy would be helpful.
