Report weekly on assigned effort
Hi Wrike community!
I'm trying to work out how to automate weekly reports to be sent out to each member of my Studio team outlining scheduled effort for the week prior. My team struggle to stay on top of their timesheets and I figured this would help to jog their memories as to what was assigned to them in the week prior and then they can just adjust their time accordingly when completing their timesheets. At the moment we have an automation set to remove completed tasks from the workload schedule which we'd like to keep, but it means that you can't scroll back through the calendar to check effort assigned in weeks prior, because once the work is complete it 'disappears' out of the workload schedule. Does anyone know if this is even possible??
