Deleting a User / Transferring Resources / Re-creating a User / MFA Issues

Couple of questions. There's a user who can't get log into Wrike (has tried forgot password multiple times, gets password reset email, but MFA code is never accepted). Because I can't administratively reset his password (UPVOTE THAT FEATURE, PEOPLE!!) - my only recourse seems to be to delete the account and then send him a new invite (we have enterprise base plan, btw). 

1) I can't re-assign tasks on deletion (not the account owner - who is temporarily unavailable). Is there a way to "bulk assign" tasks from one account to another before deletion? Luckily, there are only 30 or so active tasks assigned to the user, so easy enough to manually assign one-by-one if necessary.

2) If I DO delete his account and send a new invite using the same email, will his current tasks STILL be assigned to that account somehow (seeing as the same name/email is being used), or are they deleted the minute I delete the account and would then have to be re-assigned anyway?

Also - out of curiosity - has anyone else figured out a streamlined way to deal with this (in the event a password reset is not successful).

George Oakes for your first question: yes a multiple reassign is possible. If you have all tasks in one space just open the space on the highest level and filter for the user in the list view. Then you can use mass edit functionality to reassign to another user. I would recommend to make a seperate folder before making new assignment and use the mass edit "Add to" this folder. So you can delete the user and have all his tasks in one folder. When you have the user new in Wrike you can assign all tasks in this folder to him and then remove the tasks from the folder (not delete, just remove the tasks from the folder!).

For your 2nd question I am not completly sure, but I just deleted a user who left the company and the task immediatly have been without assignee (or better with a sign that the assignee left). So I would guess that the connection to the mail will be lost.

hi george,

while i know it's not much information, but when you do delete someone their tasks stay in wrike, it would just grey out their icon with their initials. i dont know if it will automatically reassign when they get access again. Have you tried logging in as user through settings?

what would i do? maybe just reassign their tasks to someone else, since it's only 30 or maybe group their tasks into a separate folder, "to be reassigned"

not sure if that makes sense or solves any of your issues?
