I know this has been mentioned on the boards somewhere before, but I cannot say how easy onboarding templates per user type is so helpful! While a highly collaborative team, not every team member will need to use Wrike in the same way. Finding a way to easily consolidate a "Wrike must-knows based on your role on the team" (eg. creative, producer, account manager, QC, approver, etc.) makes the first days much easier and less overwhelming than trying to understand everything in Wrike at once.
Build out onboarding templates in Wrike per user role, and assign tasks to your onboarding team to complete based on the user type.
