I'm experiencing the same problem. It will really be helpful if you can provide the instructions in these threads, as it defeats the purpose of having a 'community' or 'help center' if the contents don't directly address the problem. Thanks.
For anyone who's experiencing the same problem and using the Business Plan (or higher) this 2024, the Workload view (and other options) is located within "...More", just below "Inbox."
