Filter for Adding Items from Blueprints

It would be very helpful to filter items when adding them from a blueprint:

1. Filter the "add items" when right clicking a folder—many extraneous items show up, not just blueprint items, which makes it really hard to add, for example, "meeting minutes" because every instance of a ticket with that terminology shows up.
2. Blueprint items to be "blocked" or to otherwise "archived" to keep them from interfering with search results (see above)
