Also contact support few times and he didn't contact me

I also want to downgrade after my free trial.
Why do we have to contact support? Why don't you guys just add an answer here? Why is there not a "Downgrade" button?

If you are referring to the "Welcome to wrike community" mail, thats not a "to contact you about this" mail.
The question is quite simple; how can we downgrade to free plan? There is no need to complicate this and start a mail thread with a whole team.
Let me simplify the question; CAN we downgrade to the free plan after our Trial has ended?
