Assign External Form Request To User
My team is having trouble keeping track of external form requests being submitted. We are able to set who the "owners" of the projects are, but no one is being notified. Is anyone have the same issue? Projects submitted this way are being lost and forgotten. Any way to fix?
Hi Rachel Ries, thanks for getting in touch.
So, when these request forms are submitted, you've chosen for a new project to be created and have assigned users to these projects, is that correct? The assignees should be getting an inbox notification when a new request comes in. Is this not the case?
Can you give me a bit more detail on how you have this set up so I can assist further? Thanks!

Hi Elaine -
We have a request form set up and have chosen it to create a new project. The project request is assigned to two people and neither one receive a notification in their Wrike inbox. But when I switch the request form to create a task from the form, it does notify both of us within the inbox of Wrike. We are having the issue that since a new request form is submitted for a project, no one is notified and then the project gets lost.
Thanks for providing more detail, Rachel Ries! I or one of my colleagues will check this and get back to you.

Hello Rachel Ries,
You should be able to use project and give them a notification through adding them as "approvers".
It's not a solid solution for what you are trying to achieve, but it will work as a workaround and give them a notification at least if you need to use project for the request.
