Opening/Closing Request Forms During Specific Hours

Hi there!

I was wondering if there could be a potential possibility of opening and closing request forms during specific hours/time periods? My coworkers and department as a whole operate between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, but there are individuals who submit request forms outside of those hours (and submit a lot of forms during that time). I know this is somewhat of a niche problem, but I wanted to put the request out there.
