Timestamp values for createdDate(and everything else) are different between REST API and Export API
For a same entity, say project createdDate, values are as follows:
REST API - /projects endpoint:
2020-06-02T06:27:43Z
Export API - work-item:
2020-06-01 23:27:43
There is a time difference of `07:00` hours. This is the case for all timestamp field values. I could not figure out why.
Can someone shed some light?
