Set Dot Marker As Default Comment Type
I am not sure what happened but before when a guest reviewer would click into their proof it would default to the dot marker. I liked that because they could just click anywhere on the screen and begin making their comments. But recently that has changed. It now defaults to the highlight text tool. This tool does not allow you to just click anywhere and leave a comment. Is there a way to set the default comment marker to the dot marker? Also, what happened to chat support?

What I really think should be done is give the option in the account settings to set your default guest review tool. Some people might find it useful to start with a different tool but others might like the default set to the dot marker.
