How do I cancel my Trial subscription

Account Information

From there you should be able to change your plan.

Hi seo hojong, welcome to the Community! Here is how you can change your account from a trial version to a free version. I'll continue from where Jono Watkins left off 😊

1.  Go into the Account Management menu in Wrike.
2. Select Subscription and select the "Purchase Subscription" button.
3. When asked about your team size, choose a team of 5.
4. When you've done that, the option to downgrade to a Free Plan will appear in the top right corner of the screen.

Once these instructions are followed, your account will be free then. Hope this helped!
