Mapping form responses to Project tasks

Does anyone have better instructions or details on how to map a response from a form to a field in a task? I've created the project/folder for the responses to be mapped to and the same field exists in both the project and the form, but I'm not getting it to map over. 

Any assistance would be great.

Hi Eric Rathofer, welcome to the Community!

Here are the conditions for mapping to a Custom Field:

  1.  A Folder/Project for items to be created in must be specified in the right-hand panel in the "Place task/Project into" field
  2. The Custom Field you want to map to exists on that Folder/Project. 

Apart from that, please make sure that you're mapping to the correct Custom Field type:
