Colors on custom workflows?
注目の投稿Hi all,
we are currently setting up Wrike and I was wondering if you guys could share how you work with colors on custom workflows. We basically try to put recurring steps in our workflows as to not open up dozens and dozens of sub task but keep everything nice and tidy. And now I'm trying to setup a color code for the entire company which should make it easier to see how things are going at a glance.
Exp: Blue clusters every task being "active" with the original assignee, purple when the task switches hand for a single step (ie. editing for long-form copy), yellow for approvals, grey for on hold, brown (for obvious reasons) for cancelled tasks.
The point being that despite department someone can see at a glance where a given task is stuck.
How do you guys use the color-coding on custom workflows?

Jan-Chrisoph, we pretty much use it the same way you do. I like the RED to indicate we are waiting on someone else. Green is always for a finished task.
I do wish there were just a few more colors to choose from. :D

Haha, RED feels ultra-pushy, doesn't it? Thank you for the input, Marjorie

Great idea, @Devon! Might be a good idea to create a separate Product Feedback post 🙂
