Gantt: Save the view of the chart

Sorry, the link seems to fall off there. There is a default view when you open the Gantt view and this is not customizable right now. However, as you're on Community, I wanted to link you to a similar idea so you can upvote it for our Product Team and join the discussion for now.

Once the idea reaches 60 votes, the Product Team begin the process of reviewing it in-line with their product roadmap. Thanks for posting!

Since recently my company decided to share gantt charts with customers, to see the progress of the project. I invite them to join Wrike and create a collaboration account. The problem is, that after they joined and opened the gantt chart, the default view is applied. I can't set the view for this user. A person that never worked with Wrike before, has to adapt settings to get a user-friendly view of the Chart, as I intended. I now written a quick guide so they know what to do. But this is for us not scalable if this is not fixed. For now, this idea doesn't have any updates from the Product team; once it reaches 60 upvotes, we'll, however, add a Product status there.

At the same time I wanted to ask you - have you tried using Gantt Chart Snapshots to share project progress with your customers? Might be a good alternative, so please let me know if you'd like to discuss this further, I'll be happy to 🙌
