Microsoft Teams and Wrike error
When we add the Wrike app to Microsoft Teams, we can see the small Wrike icon at the bottom, and can attach tasks to teams, but we can't actually add the complete app to the Team like we used to be able to. When we try to add it to a team, the dialog window turns white and nothing happens. Any suggestions?
It just stays like that until you close it.

Hi, I am also trying to get Wrike hooked up in Teams but don't even get into the accounts at Wrike (see screenshot - it is in Dutch but quicky translated the error in red says - 'Failure to Get Accounts From Wrike)
I also don't get the dropdown on top reading my name, how did it determine this?

Hi,
I was able to sync Wrike with my Microsoft Teams channel via the desktop version, but when I log in to the Teams app, it puts me in an endless login loop, starting here. I "Join the Team" and select that I already have a Wrike account, log in, and then it kicks me right back to this page.

Hey Lisa.
My team is experiencing a similar issue. I have linked Office 365 and Wrike.
We are on Microsoft Teams for Mac, added Wrike to the sidebar, click on the icon, then click on "Join your team."
a) If I try to log in using Office (in Wrike), I get the error "Something went wrong."
b) If I log in with the Wrike login and password, it seems to work fine until I close Teams. When I relaunch, I have to log back in again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like the log in flow has been fixed, so please try opening your Wrike tabs now. Please note that you may need to manually expand the size of the modal window to click the link "I already have a Wrike account":

I got this to work at home on my macbook, but in the office on windows 10 I get the same blank dialog and I can only click Back.

I am having the same issue as Kyle above. I've attempted all manner of logging out of Wrike, Teams, Wrike on the web, clearing browser history/cache, uninstall/reinstall Teams, a computer restart. The endless loop goes on. Thanks in advance for your help here.
[Edit to add] This occures with the Mac OS Teams app. It works if I am logged in to Wrike on the web via Chrome...

I am experiencing this same issue. My Wrike/Teams integration only works from the browser.
When I try from the desktop application, I am unable to see my company Wrike folders and get stuck in endless 'Already have an account Log In' issue. Was a solution presented or does support need to reach out to everyone experiencing this issue?
