Add one more seat?

I have purchased 5 seats of a business plan annually. Is it possible to add just one more seat for my group?

I've got the same question, can't add 1 seat, only option to add x2?  (very frustrating)

Hi - could someone please contact me by email too about the same query? Only option I can see available is to add 5 more seats (already have 5) but I would rather add them individually if possible.

hi,

It's unclear to me how the technical support's response was helpful.
They still maintain that only 5 seats can be added, not a single seat.
I must point out that this limitation wasn't clearly communicated during the registration process. This puts us in a difficult position, as we've already invested time in setting up the system, uploading projects, and configuring them.
We don't currently need, nor will we need, more than 6 seats in the upcoming year.

Yes, not very helpful at all. I'm not sure why it's 'impossible' to add individual seats. It's just frustrating to lots of teams who may consist of 6-9 members for example. What a silly, annoying sales strategy.
