It's unclear to me how the technical support's response was helpful.
They still maintain that only 5 seats can be added, not a single seat.
I must point out that this limitation wasn't clearly communicated during the registration process. This puts us in a difficult position, as we've already invested time in setting up the system, uploading projects, and configuring them.
We don't currently need, nor will we need, more than 6 seats in the upcoming year.

Yes, not very helpful at all. I'm not sure why it's 'impossible' to add individual seats. It's just frustrating to lots of teams who may consist of 6-9 members for example. What a silly, annoying sales strategy.
