Modifying requests after they're submitted
Is there a way to modify or add to a request after it's submitted? I'd like to create a request form that is submitted by one person, and then completed and approved by another department. The request form is great, but I haven't been able to add to it after it's submitted by the original requester. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Are you talking about a two step request form? I don't think that exists. Can the approver manipulate the task that is created afterwards? What information would need to be added by the second user?
Yes, a two step form would be great. I'd like the requester to enter the first section and submit it. Then the approver would open it and complete the second section. As you suggest, as an alternative the approver could add information into the task after it's created by the requester. That would work, and perhaps that's the best solution given the limitations of the system. Thanks for your help.
